Add Project
Projects are created from an accepted quote or from a quote that already has an invoice. Project number, description, PO #, and budget hours are controlled by the source records.
Tasks
Tasks are added to a selected project. Choose a client first, then choose the project number / project description. The selected client and project remain active so multiple tasks can be added to the same project.

About Trillium T3
T3 represents Time Tracking, CRM, and Accounting.
Trillium T3 is the internal Trillium Aerospace platform for tracking labour, managing customer/account records, preparing commercial workflows, and supporting accounting/tax-code configuration.
Time Tracking
Timers, time entries, projects, tasks, reports, dashboard, audit trail, users, billable statuses, and historical Clockify import.
CRM
Accounts, contacts, opportunities, products/services, QuickBooks-style quotes, invoices, customer approvals, and quote-to-project workflow.
Accounting
Tax codes today, with future invoice/payment handoff, payroll exports, and profitability reporting.
Phase Roadmap
Phase 1 — Foundation / MVP
Core internal time tracker: login, users, projects, tasks, tags, live timer, manual entries, reports, CSV export, audit trail, Dashboard, inline time editing, and imported Clockify history.
Phase 2 — Timesheets & Approvals
Weekly timesheet grid, submit/approve/reject workflow, rejection reasons, locked periods, required fields, and manager review controls.
Phase 3 — Advanced Reporting
Summary reports, project budget reports, account billing reports, payroll/attendance reports, billable/non-billable/billable-extra analysis, report templates, and Trillium-branded PDF reports.
Phase 4 — Kiosk / Shop-Floor Mode
Shared tablet/shop-floor clock-in, PIN or QR workflow, break tracking, project/task selection, and restricted kiosk access for CNC, assembly, bench, and field work.
Phase 5 — Expenses, Time Off & Scheduling
Expense tracking, receipt uploads, time off requests, scheduling, attendance/overtime, and payroll/accounting export. Invoicing lives in the CRM module.
CRM Module — Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes & Invoices
CRM-lite commercial workflow for accounts/clients, contacts, opportunities, quote generation, quote revisions, customer approvals, invoice generation/status, payment status, and customer follow-up history.
Planned flow: Account → Contact → Opportunity → Quote → Approved Quote → T3 Project / Job → Invoice. The quote becomes the baseline; T3 time entries become the actuals for quoted-vs-actual labour, project profitability, and customer profitability reporting.
Accounting Module — Tax Codes & Future Accounting
Accounting owns Tax Codes used throughout T3. Future accounting workflow will include invoice/payment handoff, accounts receivable status, payroll/accounting exports, labour cost summaries, and profitability reporting.
Phase 6 — API & Integrations
Internal REST API hardening, webhooks/event log, Microsoft 365 SSO, accounting/payroll export, CRM/commercial module integration, future mobile-friendly interface, and optional desktop wrapper.
